Therapeutic space

My approach to therapy is slow, present, and deeply human. I offer a warm and friendly space where there is no agenda, no rush, and no judgement. Together, we focus on the process rather than chasing outcomes—trusting that meaningful results are a natural byproduct of genuine exploration.

This is a space of inclusion across all identities and experiences, including those navigating thoughts of suicide or living at vulnerable intersections. Whether you're navigating something specific or simply wanting to be seen and heard, we move at your pace, honoring your experience with care and respect.

This is not a space for fixing, saving, or offering advice. I won’t hand you solutions or impose my take on your life. Therapy with me isn’t about achieving results on a timeline—it’s about being with what’s real, together. I hold space without pressure, without judgment, and without needing to change or direct your path.
